We went out to The Circle Bar Saturday night to catch a little band that one of Christie's co-workers drums in. Sort of Ska... jam bandish... all originals... not my thing but they were tight and could play well. After they wrapped it a Band called (I think) G-String Orchestra played. Russian, Gypsy, whateve. They were pretty cool. Anyway The bar is a sister to Snake & Jake's... so it was the real deal. Very divey. I will go back. Over the room that the band played in, almost taking up the whole ceiling was an old K&B clock face that has been turned into a lighting fixture.

Cool bar. Went there a few times. Man, sometimes I miss the bar scene.
Always a fun time. But really... ain't missing much.
